策略聯盟將有助於Transphorm擴大GaN磊晶片的供應鏈。此投資不僅使環球晶圓與Transphorm成為合作夥伴，環球晶圓也同時成為Transphorm的GaN磊晶片供應商、增加Transphorm的產能；另外，中美矽晶也將成為Transphorm 特定GaN磊晶片與功率產品的經銷商，可望促進Transphorm GaN產品的銷售。
