Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 26, 2019 – Sino-American Products Inc.(SAS) today held a board meeting at which passed the board resolution on a provision assessment of the final Long Term Purchase Agreement for Solar grade poly Si. The estimated total amount for the liability provision is approximately NT$4.35 billion. SAS is making provision in accordance with the regulations in IAS No. 37. This estimated liability provision does not involve any one-off cash out.
