Hsinchu, Taiwan, April 6, 2017 – SAS today announced March revenue. The group consolidated revenue (solar + semiconductor) amounted to NT$5.14 billion, up by 17.4% MoM and 110.8% YoY. Solar business revenue reached NT$1.07 billion, increased by 2.2% MoM and down 12% YoY. GWC revenue, SAS’ subsidiary for semiconductor business, came to NT$4.07 billion, up by 22.1% MoM and 232.1% YoY. Both SAS(consolidated) and GWC again successfully created new high in March.

The cumulative group consolidated revenue for Q1 reached NT$13.58 billion, 38.9% higher QoQ and up by over 91.5% year on year. Solar business revenue for Q1 was NT$2.99 billion, down by 5.3% QoQ and down by 13% year on year. GWC accumulated revenue came to NT$10.58 billion, up by 60.1% on the previous quarter and greatly increased by 190.1% year on year.
