SAS’s Board of Directors today adopted a proposal recommending distribution for 2010 of NT$5 cash dividend per common share and NT$0.5 stock dividend per common share. Revenue for 2010 totaled NT$20,080 million and consolidated revenue was NT$22,529 million, up 93.67% YOY and 89.28%YOY respectively. Net income was NT$3,569 million with earnings per share of NT$10.50. Revenue and profit both hit record high in 2010.
