Sino-American Silicon Product Inc. held groundbreaking ceremony on 5, June to start the 2nd Fab. construction in Chunan science-based park.

The construction is scheduled to be complete by the end of Q1 2009, afterwards the mass production will begin in Q2. With full 400MW/year capacity setup plan, SAS total capacity will reach 640MW/year available by 2010 with Chunan Fab.Ⅰ 240 MW/year capacity counted.
