SAS today held the topping out ceremony of the newly-built Chu Nan Plant Ⅱ. It’s a remarkable achievement of management team to take less than 6 months to conduct the factory set up project from break-ground to topping-out with high efficiency. SAS expect to begin new plant ramp up by the end of Q1 2009 with a yearly maximum 500 MW capacity expansion potential in Chunan Plant Ⅱ.
