The chairman of SAS, Mr. Lu received the 27th National Outstanding Manager in Excellent Achievement Award from the Honorable Wang Jin-Pyng, President of Legislative Yuan on December 12, 2009. On December 7, the President of Republic of China Ma Ying-Jeou has delivered greeting and met Mr. Lu for his contribution.
