Solar Power Plant

Hsu-Hsin was formerly a key platform for SAS Group for  solar energy system development and power plant investments. For many years, It was engaged in the development, construction, and operation of solar power plants, and has participated in the Group’s expansion in the global renewable energy market. Through years of dedicated efforts, it has accumulated extensive experience in project development, engineering management, and power plant operation, laying an important foundation for the growth of the Group’s renewable energy business.

 

To support the Group’s renewable energy development strategy and organizational realignment, SAS established SAS Sunrise PV Word Co. at the end of 2015, and been merger with SAS in January 2020, it was reorganized as  Hsu-Hsin Branch. Thereafter, the Group continued to advance the integration of its renewable energy business and organizational optimization. The related renewable energy service business was integrated into Susen Green Energy Co., Ltd. in 2025, further strengthening the Group’s deployment in the fields of energy transition and green electricity services.
